Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score : ウィキペディア英語版 | Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score Protein digestibility-corrected amino acid score (PDCAAS) is a method of evaluating the protein quality based on both the amino acid requirements of humans and their ability to digest it.
